Badaboom cab't read file

Hi,

I have installed Badaboom (with a licence) on my French Windows XP.
When trying to open files (WMV, AVI, ...) I always get a popup saying Badaboon cannot open the file.
I have re-installed - Same thing

Any clue what is causing this ? The trial version worked fine...

Hello -

Can you be more specific as to the file types you're trying to open?  What video codec are they using and what exactly does the error message say?
