m2ts coding issue

CPU w-core E8400 2x3.0 GHz , RAM 8G, Windows 7 64 bit,
EVGA 8800GT

Original 1900x1080 m2ts , Size 32Gb.
Target 1900x1080 MP4

After 5-7 minutes of decoding, frame rate dropping to 1.2 per second ,
I changed target resolution to 1280x720, but result same.

Do you have an any logs to see what going there.

Hello -

There is a known issue where enormous m2ts files will slowly grind Badaboom to a halt and crash.  We're working on continual stability and support for m2ts files and will post updates here on the forums as soon as they're available.
